What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive the details you type in: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email and whatever it contains. We collect nothing else through this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request. That may mean preparing the Outward Map you asked for and writing back to arrange a conversation about it. We do not add you to a marketing list because you got in touch.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details stay with us. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Our pages load fonts from a public font service, which receives the basic technical information any web request carries.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to laura.gilbert@cleantechoutbound.co, or send the request through our contact form. If you reply “stop” to any message from us, we will not contact you again.
